-“This place is amazing. It is the perfect slice of property, you get the quite country isolation but still have all the conveniences only a 1 minute drive away. It is tucked away in the perfect spot. Not only was the house amazing, the hosts were very sweet and came to check in on us. The check in/checkout process was a breeze and the parking situation was perfect. This is the perfect place for a small family of 4– maybe even 2 older kids and a baby. The pictures are 100% accurate. This is exactly what you get down to the decor. Believe when I say, this place is worth it. You get so much more than what the ad shows, and you’ll absolutely adore your stay.”, Alisa, February 2020

There is also a big co-op about a 5 minute walk away which is also very handy. While we were staying we also took a trip to Stow on the Wold which around a 10 minute drive and also a really great town and worth visiting. Overall we had a really great time and would recommend this property if you want a relaxing stay in the Cotswolds.”, Kerry, August 2019
-"Many thanks to Tishy and Richard for a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds. They were perfect hosts and very generous in allowing our two young boys to spend time playing with their dogs. The cottage was immaculate, full of character and well located for exploring Bourton-on-the-Water and the surrounding area. The town itself and closest supermarket were only a short walk away, and it was great having a number of nature (and farm) trails on our doorstep. It was fun exploring the beautiful countryside and we loved staying there. Both Richard and Tishy shared their local knowledge and provided excellent information on things to do and places to eat. They were also very helpful and responsive. I would thoroughly recommend this property for family stays - it was a highlight of our trip to the UK.”, Justin, August 2019

-“We loved staying here with our two children. Bury Fields Cottage is in a great location felt very relaxed and peaceful. The decor is lovely and stylish. We enjoyed relaxing in the den and found the kitchen well equipped. Richard and Tishy were very welcoming- thank you for the cheese, biscuits and wine! It is definitely in our top three Airbnbs. Bourton on the Water is a great place to visit and we also enjoyed The Broadway Tower and Cotswolds Animal Park. Looking forward to another visit.”, Gavin, April 2019
-"This is a fantastic property set in an excellent position a very short distance from the village and among relatively secluded surroundings... Its very clear that a lot of attention to detail went into this setting up this property from the design/layout to the fixtures and fittings. The owners (Richard and Tishy, really very nice people) had left some wine/cheese and crackers as a welcome gift, (a very nice touch) and there was milk, tea coffee as well as all manner of essentials in the well kitted out kitchen area (everything was spotless). As its the 21st Century, having high-speed WiFi was really useful, as was the smart TV on a couple of evenings! In summary, I would not hesitate to revisit... The location is perfect as a base to venture out on either walking excursions or to hop in a car (or local bus) and explore them many quaint surrounding villages.", Mark, March 2019
-"Amazing, luxury cottage in the most superb rural location, just a short walk from the town of Bourton on the Water. With two young children, when we could get them away from the 'den' in the cottage (an upstairs chill out/play area),we went on lots of country walks (with access to lots of dog walks on your doorstep), including one across the field which takes you to a great farm with things to see for the kids. We enjoyed all that there is to do in Bourton, including the model village, the local swimming pool and even a family hack at the local equestrian centre. Dick and Tishy were so helpful, with chickens that we fed in the mornings. They could not have done more for us. A truly brilliant weekend!", Vicky, February 2019
-"Bury fields cottage was a great place to stay, very clean and cosy the cottage had everything we need for a short break. Only a short walk into Bourton which offered many dining options and lovely walks from the doorstep in the beautiful countryside.", Julie, January 2019
