Devonshire Cottage boasts a secluded and private setting within a gated driveway, set back just a little from the pretty high street of Broadway. Often described as the 'Jewel of the Cotswolds’, the iconic village of Broadway offers an array of pubs, tea rooms, shops, art galleries and restaurants to enjoy. Unusually for a village of this size, there is well-equipped recreation ground which covers three acres and has facilities for children of all ages.

Due to its location within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Broadway is surrounded by glorious countryside with many cycle routes and walking paths to explore, including the famed Cotswold Way walking trail which passes through Broadway itself and links up with Chipping Campden and Bath. Many of the lovely towns and villages of the North Cotswolds, including Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Blockley and Snowshill, are easily reached, as well as further afield destinations such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle and historical Oxford.

There is an outdoor table with a wooden bench and four chairs, as well a charcoal barbecue which makes this outdoor space a wonderful spot in the summer months.
