The door in the utility room leads out to the driveway and stunning garden, a combination of patio, terraces and lawn. This extensive garden is bordered by tall trees, mature shrubs and pretty flower beds, bringing many colours and scents to this beautiful outside space. Two sun loungers have been provided, along with a bistro table with seating for two. At the far end of the garden is a woodland area with a raised shallow pond, though as the pond is not fenced off, dogs and young children should be supervised at all times. At the side of the property there is a sunny courtyard area with a large wooden table which seats ten guests, and a charcoal barbecue.

Off-street parking for six cars is available on the private driveway and further on-street parking is readily available at the front of the property.
