Recently refurbished by its owners to a high standard, the cottage retains a wealth of character features including stone mullion windows, flagstone flooring, exposed Cotswold stone walls and wooden beams, and a wonderful inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.
The character of the property is complemented by contemporary décor and modern facilities, including wireless internet access, three Smart TVs with OnDemand services and a complimentary Netflix subscription, a well-equipped Shaker-style kitchen and underfloor heating throughout the first floor. There is a pretty garden and quiet off-street parking is available for two cars in a nearby shared car park.
Location
Graziers Cottage is located in the heart of the quintessentially English hamlet of Ford, an attractive hamlet surrounded by beautiful countryside, with the River Windrush gently flowing through. Close to Ford is Jackdaws Castle, base for Grand National and Cheltenham Gold Cup winning trainer Jonjo O'Neill, with sporting prestige in spades! The site has five gallops and excellent training facilities, making it popular amongst jockeys and trainers from all over the country, who often visit the popular pub in Ford, The Plough Inn.
Situated within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are many wonderful cycle routes and walks on Ford’s doorstep, including the Diamond Way long distance walking trail. This circular route of 66 miles incorporates many lovely villages and towns of the Cotswolds, and passes through Ford itself. Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park is close by, with lots of activities for children of all ages to enjoy, and the market town of Winchcombe is just a short drive away, home to the historic Sudeley Castle. Further afield places such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath are also within easy reach for day trips.

Other Guest Feedback:
-"Simply put, the pictures don’t do this beautiful cottage justice! The kitchen and lounge are wonderful. The fireplace in particular, we had one day during our stay when it did not stop raining, so we hunkered down, watched films on the great smart TV and had the fire going all day - marvellous! The master bedroom is large and the bed super comfortable and cozy. The 2nd room (which we didn’t need), is small but the two single beds look equally comfortable. Make a booking at The Plough, literally next door, for some great food and lovely country pub vibes. We’ll happily return!", Mark, December 2020
-"Absolutely stunning cottage in a beautiful location it far exceeded our expectations from the minute we arrived. The host goes that extra mile from the homemade gin and jam left out for us to the milk in the fridge (she obviously knows us so well) But the star of the show has to be the log fire in the lounge where the Christmas tree was up with decorations Its like home from home you won't be disappointed 10 out 10 in our book", Stephen, December 2020
-"What a wonderful cottage! We cannot say enough good things about the place. Check-in was extremely seamless. There was never an issue with parking. The house felt so personal (we had cookies and homemade gin waiting for us on arrival). This is the perfect place to escape the city and unwind by the fire. Thank you! ++The pub next door (The Plough Inn) has AMAZING food!!!!", Katharina, October 2020
-"Fantastic hosts, fantastic property, fantastic location. Would return in a heartbeat.", Steven, January 2020

-“Awesome!”, Peter, July 2019
-"Graziers Cottage at this moment will be my most wonderful memory of our trip to England regarding our lodging. We moved around to 3 different locations during our trip and this place was so appreciated! The owners truly care about there guests and have it set up without missing a detail. Our last visit in London was no so and the owners left us with no cleaning supplies as to not encourage us to do any cleanup! Graziers Cottage is old with new, detailed, CLEAN and just wonderful!", Christen, June 2019
-"Absolutely fantastic cottage and stay. We couldn't have been made more comfortable. The surrounding areas were fab and what a location for visiting all the popular areas.", Patricia Greenwood, May 2019
