There are many stunning walks in the surrounding Coln Valley, and the property is ideally located for exploring the entire Cotswolds region, including the many picturesque market towns and villages, as well as day trips to places such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath.

Lakeside House's front door is accessed from the front garden, and opens into an entrance hall, which leads to:

  • Living room: The stylish, contemporary living room contains a wood burning stove with an exposed Cotswold stone chimney, plenty of comfortable seating, and a flatscreen TV with standard Sky package;
  • Kitchen/dining room: The dining room is the heart of the house and contains a large wooden dining table, with seating for ten. The large kitchen area adjoins the dining room and contains a cooker with gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, large freestanding fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer, plus a Nespresso  coffee machine;
  • Cloakroom: Contains a toilet and a wash basin.

The first bedroom is accessed from the living room:

  • Master bedroom: A beautifully furnished room, which contains a king size bed. The room has an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, large bath, toilet and a double wash basin;

The dining room leads to a second hallway, off which is another bedroom:

  • Bedroom 2: Another lovely room, with French doors out to the side of the garden, which contains two single beds and a wash basin;

Stairs lead up from the second hallway to the first floor landing, off which are:
