This charming Cotswold stone cottage retains a quaint and picturesque exterior which belies its stylish interior and modern facilities. Contemporary features, including wireless internet access, a Smart TV and an electric flame effect stove, are complemented by beautiful character such as exposed beams, stone mullion windows and flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor. There is a colourful courtyard garden at the rear and off-street parking is available for two cars nearby.


Little Mullions is situated in the unspoilt village of Little Rissington, a peaceful village surrounded by stunning countryside with a number of walks and cycle routes on its doorstep, including those over to Great Rissington, home to The Lamb Inn, and others towards the much loved Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Bourton, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to the low arched bridges that cross over the River Windrush, boasts a variety of popular restaurants, tearooms, shops and tourist attractions, with something on offer for all age groups.

Little Rissington is well-placed for discovering the many lovely towns and villages of the North Cotswolds including Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, The Slaughters and Kingham, as well as slightly further afield attractions such as Sudeley Castle, the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway and the Cotswolds Distillery. World famous destinations such as Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bath are also easily accessible for day trips.

The front door opens into a stylish entrance hall which boasts an attractive stone mullion window complete with window seat. The following rooms are on the ground floor:
Living/dining room This warm and inviting reception room has a lovely bay window overlooking the lane and wonderful flagstone flooring which continues throughout the ground floor. Furnished in a contemporary style, this bright room contains:

Accessed via the kitchen, the paved courtyard garden is a fantastic spot to enjoy the summer sunshine. There is charcoal barbecue and an outdoor table with a parasol and seating for six, opposite which lies a flower bed full of colourful flowers with fragrant scents. Two old butler sinks now house herb gardens which guests are welcome to make use of, and within the outhouse there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is allocated off-street parking for two cars 100 yards away, and if required, free on-street parking can easily be found.
