This charming Cotswold stone cottage retains a quaint and picturesque exterior which belies its stylish interior and modern facilities. Contemporary features, including wireless internet access, a Smart TV and an electric flame effect stove, are complemented by beautiful character such as exposed beams, stone mullion windows and flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor. There is a colourful courtyard garden at the rear and off-street parking is available for two cars nearby.
Location
Little Mullions is situated in the unspoilt village of Little Rissington, a peaceful village surrounded by stunning countryside with a number of walks and cycle routes on its doorstep, including those over to Great Rissington, home to The Lamb Inn, and others towards the much loved Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Bourton, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to the low arched bridges that cross over the River Windrush, boasts a variety of popular restaurants, tearooms, shops and tourist attractions, with something on offer for all age groups.
Little Rissington is well-placed for discovering the many lovely towns and villages of the North Cotswolds including Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, The Slaughters and Kingham, as well as slightly further afield attractions such as Sudeley Castle, the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway and the Cotswolds Distillery. World famous destinations such as Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bath are also easily accessible for day trips.
