Location

Situated in the established grounds of a former farmhouse, Mulberry Cottage enjoys a tranquil spot in the unspoilt village of Broadwell. Away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Stow-on-the-Wold, this quintessential Cotswold village benefits from a popular pub, a village hall which hosts a tea and cake morning once a week, and a peaceful village green. Surrounded by glorious countryside, there are many cycle routes and walks on its doorstep including footpaths to The Oddingtons, Longborough and Stow, the latter being just a mile and a half away. With its variety of eateries, boutique shops and historic sights, Stow is one of the most loved Cotswold towns.

Broadwell is well-placed for exploring many of the other picturesque towns and villages of the North Cotswolds including Chipping Norton, The Slaughters, Bourton-on-the-Water and Kingham to name just a few. Between them they offer a range of pubs, restaurants and tearooms to enjoy, along with a number of attractions such as the Model Village, Birdland Park and Gardens, The Cotswold Distillery and Hook Norton Brewery. Another popular destination nearby is Daylesford, home to the renowned Daylesford Organic Farmshop and Café. The café serves food throughout the day and there is also a restaurant for a more refined dining experience. Further afield places such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bath are also within easy reach for day trips.
