“Lovely apartment in a great location.”

We had great trips out to Hidcote, Kiftsgate, Sudeley Castle and Snowshill Manor. The Butchers in Broadway, the Deli and the Co-Op, all within a short walk, supplied all our needs. Plus great walks on the doorstep. We also managed to cater for a get together for 4 nurses who trained with my wife in Oxford several years ago and all still live near enough to join us.

Completed the walk from Snowshill > Stanway > Stanton > Snowshill. Lots of visits to beautiful villages. Couldn't ask for a better, well equipped, comfortable place to stay.

“Overall a great stay but changing a few things could have made it outstanding.”

The directions for the carpark weren’t great. Having a carpark opposite confused us initially as it was dark when we got there and we incorrectly assumed the space was on there. Milk was a lovely touch but it’s use by date was the date we arrived and we would have welcomed a few tea bags particularly with us not knowing the area and it being quite late when we got there. Shortbread was lovely. Thank you! An information pack about the apartment and surroundings would have helped. The heating didn’t come on on our second morning which we sorted but then we couldn’t switch it off before bed. This made the bedroom very hot which we remedied by switching the radiator off eventually. Lastly we would have welcomed knowing that we could have accessed the high street from either the public path at the end of the street or by going through the courtyard. Getting there in the dark didn’t help and once we realised we did feel pretty stupid. We then fully appreciated the location and for that reason would use the property again. It was so peaceful. Being above a hairdressers we did expect to hear them a bit but we didn’t hear a peep so don’t let that put you off

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at Tree Tops. Our pre-arrival information pack gives detailed directions to the free allocated parking space that is directly in front of the property. The owner has provided a local information pack can be found in the property, due to many local business’ choosing to not print flyers and go green, there may be some out-of-date programme, all local information and details of tourist attractions can be found online. Any guests visiting the property have full control over the heating, and instructions are available in the information pack. We have also passed the other issues raised onto the properties management company. We’re thrilled to hear that once you’d figured out the location, you started to appreciate the area. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the splendid Xmas decorations.”

The bench at the dining table must be for decoration only it was so uncomfortable. As already mentioned the settee was so slippery it wasn’t easy to relax but these minor issues would not stop us returning or recommending this property which was very well situated for our needs.

“This is a great property in one of the prettiest villages we visited in the Cotswolds.”

The apartment has a big fully fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a pretty sizeable living space. Due to the nature of the building the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are smaller but did not feel cramped. The location of the property is pretty sweet, just a few moments walk from all the shops, restaurants etc. There are a number of good walks around the countryside that allow a few days of car-free enjoyment and an opportunity to see some of the closer villages. Check-in and contact with the hosts was flawless and onsite-parking was a bonus.

Tree Tops is a contemporary two-storey apartment which sleeps two guests, in one bedroom, with one bathroom. Boasting an enviable position in the heart of the village, this delightful bolthole has stylish interiors and modern facilities including wireless internet access, two TVs, an electric flame effect stove and secondary double glazing which makes the apartment quiet and cosy despite its central location. There is allocated off-street parking for one car in the car park opposite. Situated above an award-winning hair salon in an attractive courtyard, Tree Tops is just a stone’s throw from the idyllic high street of Broadway, often described as ‘The Jewel of the Cotswolds’. The courtyard itself is home to a variety of independent boutiques, a coffee shop and tempting tearoom, and the high street offers an array of pubs, art galleries and restaurants to enjoy, along with a well-regarded delicatessen and local supermarket stocking delicious local produce. Sitting within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Broadway is surrounded by glorious countryside with many cycle routes and walking paths to explore including the famed Cotswold Way walking trail which passes through Broadway and links up with Chipping Campden and Bath. With views towards the church, this room contains a large leather corner sofa, two tub chairs, a Smart TV, electric flame effect stove and a wooden dining table which comfortably seats two; Kitchen: A continuation of the living area, the well-equipped kitchen contains an electric oven with four-ring electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière and washing machine. Stairs lead up from the living area to the second floor landing which is home to a curtain recess with hanging space.
