    “Very comfortable flat, nicely furnished & well equipped.”

    Slight issue with the sloping ceiling in the bathroom if you are reasonably tall, but it didn't detract from our stay. Great position within the village & the parking space was a real bonus.

The property

Tree Tops is a contemporary two-storey apartment which sleeps two guests, in one bedroom, with one bathroom.

Boasting an enviable position in the heart of the village, this delightful bolthole has stylish interiors and modern facilities including wireless internet access, two TVs, an electric flame effect stove and secondary double glazing which makes the apartment quiet and cosy despite its central location.

There is allocated off-street parking for one car in the car park opposite. Situated above an award-winning hair salon in an attractive courtyard, Tree Tops is just a stone’s throw from the idyllic high street of Broadway, often described as ‘The Jewel of the Cotswolds’.

The courtyard itself is home to a variety of independent boutiques, a coffee shop and tempting tearoom, and the high street offers an array of pubs, art galleries and restaurants to enjoy, along with a well-regarded delicatessen and local supermarket stocking delicious local produce.

Sitting within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Broadway is surrounded by glorious countryside with many cycle routes and walking paths to explore including the famed Cotswold Way walking trail which passes through Broadway and links up with Chipping Campden and Bath.

Many of the lovely towns and villages of the North Cotswolds, including Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Blockley and Snowshill, are easily reached, as well as further afield destinations such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle and historical Oxford.

Tree Tops is the perfect retreat for a couple looking for a relaxing break in the heart of a picturesque Cotswold village.

The front door opens into an entrance hall with storage space for coats and shoes.

The staircase leads up directly into the living/dining room, off which are the following rooms: Living/dining room: This bright and spacious dual aspect room has been tastefully decorated and features smart plantation shutters.

With views towards the church, this room contains a large leather corner sofa, two tub chairs, a Smart TV, electric flame effect stove and a wooden dining table which comfortably seats two; Kitchen: A continuation of the living area, the well-equipped kitchen contains an electric oven with four-ring electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière and washing machine. Stairs lead up from the living area to the second floor landing which is home to a curtain recess with hanging space.

The following rooms are on the second floor: Bedroom: This cosy bedroom has been finished in a contemporary style and contains a king size bed, Freeview TV, two bedroom chairs and a wall mirror; Bathroom: Contains a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

Note: Although there is no outside space at the property, there are plenty of green areas nearby and the village is very dog-friendly.

Note: Tree Tops does not accept children under the age of 8 due to the open access stairs, though babes-in-arms are welcome and guests can bring their own facilities to accommodate one infant.

Note: The staircase opens directly into the living room and that there is some restricted head height in the eaves rooms.
