There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main house, plus two bedrooms and bathroom facilities in the cottage, with plenty of space in the house for everyone to relax in. Boasting a secluded location, with stunning countryside views, the property is surrounded by five acres of paddocks, and an acre of beautifully maintained gardens, with ample parking space on its gravel driveway. About the location

NAUNTON

Bourton-on-the-Water 4 miles; Stow-on-the-Wold 5 miles.

Naunton is positioned on either sides of the River Windrush, making it very picturesque as any of its neighbours in the hills between Stow and Cheltenham. Mentioned in the Doomsday Book as Niwetone. The hill overlooking the town is great for climbing up and viewing the church and the village. The Black Horse Inn is the local pub which provides great views into the heart of the Cotswolds.

Note: Infants who sleep in a cot do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions, the occupancy figure may only be exceeded by up to three additional infants.

Note: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Note: There is an AGA in the kitchen, which is lit from October through to May, however it can make the house too hot during the warmer months - if you would like to inquire about having the AGA lit during the summer, this can be arranged.

Note: There is no WiFi in the cottage.

Note: A gate encloses the garden, however young children should be supervised outside at all times.

Note: Both the main house and the cottage have two floors, which could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility.

Note: There is a camp bed available to be set up on request in the cottage.

Note: No stag/hen or similar parties.
