“A warm welcome received on arrival.”

Homemade complimentary fruitcake (delicious) & milk, teabags/coffee waiting for us. Beautiful property, immaculately clean, attention to detail outstanding. Quiet & stunning location, lots to do & see nearby, details of which are provided. Hot tub outside (can be covered if need be) which was really relaxing while watching red kites fly overhead! Great communication with the owners, privacy given but they were available if needed. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The only ...

Whitehill House is situated in the hamlet of East End, near North Leigh, Witney in Oxfordshire. With no neighbours – apart from the owners of Whitehill House and the local wildlife – you can anticipate a welcoming peacefulness and calm when you arrive. Sleeping two adults and offering a bubbling hot tub, it’s an ideal retreat for you to spend quality time together in the heart of rural Oxfordshire.

You could even consider combining this flat with the first-floor flat above it for a multi-generational holiday, if you wish to holiday with members of your family or with friends. Access the property via a gravel driveway boasting ample off-road parking and safe storage for bikes. Make your way inside via the conservatory doors to find the bright and airy, open-plan living space decorated with colourful artwork and homely décor.

You will find games, DVDs and books for quality-time relaxation. The stylish kitchen area with its contemporary red cabinets is fully equipped for self-catering holidays, offering an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Dine at the (extendable) dining table or on the patio looking out on the glorious view across the surrounding countryside. Breathe in the clear, fresh air whilst sitting on the patio or in the hot tub.

Bring your binoculars to spot the local wildlife: fallow and roe deer, muntjac, pheasants, partridges, rabbits, foxes, squirrels, red kite and buzzards.

Enjoy star-gazing at night in the hot tub, with a drink in your hand, observing the glorious views of the night sky without surrounding light pollution, and feel at one with nature. Drift away to blissful sleep on a comfortable mattress on the king-size bed.

USB sockets for superfast broadband are situated either side of the bed. Freshen up with an invigorating hot shower in the contemporary shower room. Relax on the cushioned sofa in the welcoming conservatory in front of the smart TV with DVD player.
