“Cottage is lovely and great location.”
However check in at 1700 and check out at 1000 is not good value for money. We arrived early and I rang to see if we could get in early as property clearly empty and admin said they would call me back but didn’t. I had also sent a request for a cot and what coffee machine it was so I could bring pods but still no reply. Not good customer service at all

I'm sorry if your stay didn't meet our usual high standards, can i ask where you sent your request for the cot and advice on the coffee machine/pods to?. As all emails are answered in a very prompt manor by our team normally. Cots are normally always at the property, so this should be at the house anyway. Property Owner
