Customer Amendments Policy

Character Cottages are continuously monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus and it is important to us that we offer support and reassurance to our customers during this time. 

We recognise the need for some customers to alter their holiday arrangements due to the current situation and we will work closely with our owners to enable this.

This policy relates to:

  • If you purchased your holiday prior to 16th March 2020 and are due to travel up to and including 4th June 2020 you can amend free of charge within the same property*
  • If you purchased your holiday from 16th March 2020 then our normal Terms and Conditions apply*
  • At least 48 hours’ notice needs to be given

*Any increase in holiday cost will be charged
