Clarkson obtained permission from the local governing board for the reconstruction, which will also include an orchard and croquet lawn. An old barn is being renovated for extra guest bedrooms, and the property will include horse stables and a dog kennel. The daughter of actor and musician Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen, Lily Allen has spent much of her young life in the spotlight.
