    “We've stayed at many sykes cottages all in winchcombe and always rated them 5* however on arrival could clearly see outside of property in need of repair with peeling cracked paint it looked neglected .”

    ..the kitchen floor needed a good wash and bottom of oven filthy with burnt on food ...we didn't cook any meals as prefer to eat out and only use accommodation to sleep in however unable to close bedroom door in the top front room caused by newly laid carpet that wasn't fixed properly we didn't want to make it any worse although we enjoyed our stay the overall standard of accommodation didn't match the previous cottages we've stayed in
